Quite a wait for delivery, but beautifully packed. Lovely cat face.

Trousers are good fit and length for the half price I paid for them. Took weeks to arrive with no updates during that time. Presume they came from China? I would be nervous about using them again for this reason. I’d convinced myself they weren’t going to arrive .

I recently purchased a hat from this company it is nothing like the photo that was shown on line and very poor quality. I asked how do I return this item and was told they will send a label to send it back to CHINA and will cost me a lot of money

I ordered an item which, when it arrived, was incredibly poor quality and made of a different material than advertised. The solution they offered was for me to pay shipping fees to return the product to their warehouse in China. The “100% Money Back” advertised is incredibly misleading- high shipping costs and subsequent financial outlay mean that you’re always going to be out of pocket if you have to return a poor quality item. Avoid at all costs.

The item took weeks to be delivered (I received emails everyday telling me it was on its way but not a delivery date). The quality of the pashmina is awful to say the least! Cheap material, stitching is appalling. I paid £25 for this and am so disappointed. There is no way I'd ever wear it, I'd be too embarrassed. I expected more from the cost of it. Cheaply made and nasty to look at! Dont buy from this company!
