DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Orders turn up but from china, rubbish quality nothing like the photo and you can’t even return without paying ridiculous fees and might not even get the money back! Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering TWO coats and wasting £100 on something I could have got from shein for a tenner.

Usual story, trousers arrived after 2 weeks. Thin cheap material, asked for refund. Told I would have to pay return costs which cost more than the trousers. Or if I paid £9.95 I could keep them but choose something to the same value. Absolutely not!!! Do not have any dealings with this company. Thieves!

Inspite of trying to correct an order within 5mins I was told it was already too late to change and I would have to wait for delivery then return the goods if necessary. Their email said thank you for supporting a uk based company. Such a lie!!!!! They are based in the USA and the warehouse is in China. So returns are international post to China. BE AWARE. Product quality is cheap. Not the warm cosy look implied bybthe advert.

York boutique is deceptive at best! On their website they sell from an Asia-based warehouse (only stipulated in their returns policy). The sizing guides are small/petite Asian sizes and UK customers need to be aware before ordering. The poor quality of the dress and the small fitting shoes was off putting! Furthermore, returns take £25 to send back to a Chinese warehouse and the whole experience with York Boutique has been terrible. Sadly, I won’t be returning again after this experience! UK customers think twice before you buy!

Felt completely mislead by this company and wish I'd checked reviews first. I really dont like how essentially Chinese companies try to make out they are local small businesses based in the UK. You are basically stuffed if you try to return something they will only offer 30% refund as its too expensive to return and you are stuck with something you dont want 😡

It’s an OK jacket but don’t think it’s worth almost £40. Size wise it’s good and it’s lovely and warm I will use it in and out of the car etc

Was really pleased with the hat I received and should keep my ears nice and warm when winter comes.

Was expecting a soft warm interior,instead it is unlined and uncomfortable. Hat looks nice on, but faux fur looks too nylony and shiny.
