The 3036 is not bad for the money but…
The 3036 is not bad for the money but ready to upgrade. This is a good little starter machine. I would suggest for anyone just starting out.

NEED To HAVE TROUBLE SHOOTING INFORMATIOMN IN BOOK ERROR 2 ? no explanation as to what that error is PROGRAM TO GET STARTED COMPLICATED VERY SLOW AT LASER AND ROUTER action. all in all a snow job on sales very slick

Poorly writen instuctions for both…
Poorly writen instuctions for both assmally and soaft ware. Everyting moves but laser still not ingraving.

Purchased Lightburn software
Purchased Lightburn software for my 6550. Found out it won’t run on my PC which has WinXP. So now I’ve had to buy a Win10 PC to run it on. It could have said this before I bought it. But now that’s water under the bridge.

So far I'm not happy with my laser…
So far I'm not happy with my laser printer it is very difficult to learn and they don't give a lot of instruction on all of the different things that are necessary they don't have a library to choose from so you know what materials the settings for each one is should be the basic or and even watching the tutorials from the writer of the software the things that he instructed me to do and by going step-by-step we're actually different than how it worked on my lightburn software so I eventually figured out some of the things but I'm still not able to do the things that I got this printer to do. Doing glass and ceramic tiles. Even the putting photos on wood has be a very slow and arduous prices. All the tutorials for the software were bit done on the yora machine. Getting in contact with someone has been unsuccessful. I'm about to ask for my money back

EXCELLENT Customer Service!
