Customer service couldn't be better
I have a defective part and customer service offered to send a new part just minutes after I emailed the request. Also, I emailed a question on Saturday morning not expecting a reply until Monday. To my surprise I received a response within minutes, on a Saturday!

I purchased a 40 W laser from Yorahome…
I purchased a 40 W laser from Yorahome in October. I liked it so much but I purchased another one in November. Their customer service is awesome and I highly recommend their product.
