YoraHome has done it again! I had a belt tensioner break on my 65100 20 watt laser engraver on a Saturday. I emailed them the type machine I have, an explanation of the part needed and sent 2 pictures, the part and the place it goes. Within a few hours, I received an invoice and personal email telling me it was ready for payment and delivery. I can't get this type of customer service from any large box store. Customer service is incredible! Thank you again Jeremy for everything again and for your continued support for all of us YoraHome fans!!!

I was so pleased with the quick response to a question about the VeraHome 6550. They responded within minutes of receipt of the question and within an hour I received a resolution to the question I asked. They also included more info about software questions that I asked and other hardware that is compatible with what I have. I am totally pleased with the product nd customer support.
