The company I work for started using Yext within the last 90 days. Wow, what a convenience! We no longer have to spend hours weekly connecting from site to site trying to keep up with customer reviews. What could be more easy than logging into one, yes one, site and having it all right there at your fingertips.?? Need to update your Company info on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc..? Enter the information into Yext one time and all your sites will be updated. Easy, convenient and time saving.

I like the part where you can manage, but when they call you they make it sound like no matter what the customer enters ( as in key words) it don't happen like that. It's not what it's cracked up to be in my opionion.

A good company from what I have seen so far. I intend to use them again.

They were a bit pricey and doubled up some of what I already had established, but over all, I think it is helping me.

This was just an other waste of money saying they can help

Did a great job making all the different Internet listings the same and bringing them to the top

Yext saved me hours of time by listing me in about 60 directories with easy updating service. A little pricey but one or two sales over a year should cover it.
