Okay, I subscribed to YEXT because I was unable have to one of the "important" listing correct our business address and telephone number and it was costing us business. I tried, believe me I tried! Therefore, I justified the cost of YEXT for the change of that one listing. After YEXT was able to make that change, I found the many worthwhile advantages of YEXT. I highly recommend this service and their customer service is superb!

I didn't have to wait for the call to come thru as promised and the person got right with the questions needed to get me up and going. Only a small problem with getting the info correct on Facebook. They got my personal facebook up at first instead of my business facebook.

I get all my customers from Google natural search. I think the percentage of people looking for my business elsewhere is extremely samll. But then my business is very specialized.
