Ordered a new argon flow regulator, to go with my new yeswelder tig/stick welder. Upon opening the box, something didn't look quite right with the regulator. I asked yeswelder support about it, they shipped a new replacement regulator out immediately. Very impressed.

I purchased a Tig 205 yeswelder and, It came to my door considerable fast but, upon opening the box, come to find out that the ground cables were the wrong size. The first thing that came into my mind was that, I sure hope that they have a good customer support team? Well, they do because, they replaced them and I'm back in business. I must say that I was really amazed with their customer support team. I don't need to say anymore but, if you buy a Yeswelder and if for any reason you have any trouble, they back their equipment up. Your in good hands buying a Yeswelder.

I had a defective lense on my new hood. It warped after maybe 15 hours of welding and they replaced it immediately. Superrr nice staff and an honest company with quality stuff

I have ordered several items from Yeswelder. A welder, plasma cutter, two welding hoods, and consumable items. Everything has been great. I had out of box failure with the welder, but they replaced it right away. I will continue to buy from Yeswelder in the future.
