So far great service! Ordered a welder and some wire on their sale, and ordered the wrong wire by accident. Emailed Raymond and he said that he couldn’t amend the order because it had already shipped in less than 24hrs but that he would send me what I wanted without charge.

I needed an AC/DC tig welder and really couldn’t afford to spend upwards of $1500 so I bought the yeswelder 250p what a nice machine. The options on it are outstanding for the money you can’t go wrong. I also just received my new five and one FIRSTESS MP200 so far so good

my 1 yr old mig 205 yeswelder stopped working, upon inspection, the post that holds the wire roll had broken, I emailed yeswelder to see about a replacement part, they promptly sent out a replacement part, no charge, and in a very short period of time! its service like this that makes a good company, thank you yes welder!

I purchased a welding helmet from YesWelder and am very happy with it. I also use it for plasma cutting and I’m impressed with how comfortable it is as well as how clearly I can see through the lens. I was missing an earth clamp when I received my welder. Contacted customer service. They provided quick follow up. Received the missing clamp within a week (this was all handled, shipped and received during holiday times). Welder works great. Keep up the great products and service

After 7 months of enjoyment of working on my rv trailer project by using TIG -250 AC/DC welder, the HF problem stopped my schedule. Like the first time I got quick support when the torch was burned Ana team sent me warm feed back just in the same day of reporting the problem. When I followed the instructions to sent pic and clips they gave me positive solution in the midnight of Saturday. They sent another new TIG-250 to me! That means I totally feel free to go on my project just after weekend. I feel Yeswelder look like my backbone! I decided to built aluminum material based rv trailer on my 71 birthday in March. To achieve it I know it’s tough round to go in learning welding. Yeswelder turned my dream to truth. Tig-250 ac/dc is a great machine. It’s strong and tough. Mostly I have to use more than 190A in summer in my grange to weld different thickness of aluminum shapes together. That’s not easy b/c not only by my finger but my friend Tig-250. Now I can see the light in the front.now I achieved it. Thanks for TIG-250 Thanks for Ana team., she is the one who takes care me like family member! Customer service was great. They asked for a pic of the problem and within a week I had a complete new welder and got to keep the first as a spare. Just awesome service and the machine welds like a high dollar name brand. Thanks Yeswelder
