I was searching for affordable hobby welder. I have looked through many welders available on Amazon, Ebay and concluded the Yeswelder 205DS multi-process welder offered best value for the money from reliability standpoint and it's presence on the market having wide variety of welding equipment and supplies. It also had many positive reviews. I had issue with shipping, the customer service quickly solved my problem. Great customer service! I really like the welder and will use it for many projects.

My original order was processed and shipped in two days. I made a mistake and overlooked the 110v/220v adapter in the box and reported it to Ana my customer service rep that it was missing she apologized and processed a replacement immediately I emailed her back as soon as I found it to try and stop the replacement order and it was too late she said but to keep it as a spare. I haven't used the welder yet just the plasma torch which worked great but if the machine performs like Ana's customer service then I expect a great machine and performance thank you Ana you have been a great customer service rep.

Ordered a tungsten grinder. Shipped extremely fast! USPS messed up and lost my package. Yeswelder immediately sent a new on on the way! It wasn’t even their fault! Yeswelder’s customer service is unbelievable….

Customer support at its best. After sending in the video, showing the problem with my welder, I received my new machine, in about two days. In no way, did I expect to receive it, that fast. YesWelder, is pretty much, a new company. With Customer Service, such as this, I’m sure they will be successful. This is the epitome of what Customer Service should be. Customer Service, is every bit as important, as the product itself. Way to go YesWelder!
