I had a knob to brake off my mp200 and instead of replacing or repairing the knob they sent me a new welder plus an assortment kit of tips very good company very fast to respond and I have never sent a email I haven’t gotten a reply too

I bought the Tig, mig & stick 205DS welder for my fiancé. He works in a refinery & he said it’s just as good as the big name brand welding machines at work. Unfortunately it came in with a dented handle & I sent a message to the customer service line. Within 12 hours I had a response with assistance getting a new handle. 10/10 on the machine & 10/10 on the customer service. This YesWelder is worth having in your reach for those at home jobs.

I have purchased two Yes Welder machines, the first was the mig-205ds, and the second was the tig-250p. Let me tell you, both units will blow your expectations out of the water. Customer service is unmatched. The mig-205ds is a little over a year old and still works like new. The Tig-250p makes tig a breeze with more adjustments to allow better fine tuning. I also use both machines 6 days a week. Duty cycle is great. Better than my name brand welder.

Rare to find a company who provides this high level of professional customer service. When experiencing a small issue, I expected a lengthy struggle and little satisfaction. I was wrong. Im truly blown away by this amazing piece of equipment and how well built it is. I consider myself an amateur. But the 2050 does everything and then some. Huge pat on the back to YesWelder. A+++

Yes Welder customer service is awesome! Very pleasant experience through and through. Easy correspondence. Absolutely zero runaround like I have experienced with other manufacturers in the past. The customer service representative appeared eager to assist me and diagnose my issue. I was amazed at the speed at which I received the replacement item. I received an email with the tracking number in the morning and the replacement was waiting for me when I got home from work that same day. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Ana and Yes Welder for excellent service. Other manufacturers could learn a thing or two from the way they run things.

My experience with yes welder has been satisfactory. I was sent a faulty machine, which happens, and yes welder is currently in the process of replacing my machine. The customer service has been absolutely great. I think we are in far different time zones due to very late messages, but great non the less.
