Having purchased several items from YesWelder - to include welding helmets and a plasma cutter, I have found the customer service to be outstanding. Troubleshooting the plasma cutter, my email was replied to quickly and included detailed instructions on troubleshooting. The tech even took the time to take a few photos of test points and attach them to the email. I wish other companies would take note of their customer service that, sadly, is rare these days. I will continue buying from Yeswelder knowing they will take care of me after the sale!!

I bought my Yes, 250Amp AC/DC TIG Aluminum Welder With Pulse in April 2021. Welder worked flawless welding .083 chrome moly and aluminum. I drag race and broke a rod in my blown mopar engine with an aluminum block. I had spent over a year attempting to get it welded by professional machine shops but it just sat in their shops. So, I took it back to weld it myself. As a FYI I am not overly experienced welding aluminum but I have built numerous chassis of moly and mild steel. I sat in front of the block for four 6 hour days welding, when I forgot to connect the ground clamp when I re-positioned it. When I hit the pedal It stopped working and I had nothing. I contacted Yes and they provided a fix which did not work. So I informed them of the results. My next email from them was telling me they were sending a replacement welder at no cost. I was surprised to say the least. So because of their customer service my experience has been positive to say the least.

Have suddenly had a recurring issue with "flashing" with my Yeswelder Helmet Pro 2.0 LY800H. Contacted Yeswelder support and they came back right away and asked me to check a couple of items. These did not resolve the problem so they are shipping out a replacement helmet. Service is awesome , response time is very quick and you feel yu are dealing with a real person. Have also bought a welder from these people which I am very happy with. Not a professional welder, just into some hobby welding I have been waiting for for a long time.

Hi my name is Alvin my honost opinion about yeswelder there awesome. Lil bit about me ive been a professional welder now for many years . One day while on a job ol faithful gave out on me a friend mention yeswelder to me i said what is that . Well i gave yeswelder a try believe me i couldnt be more pleased with the mp200 machine. And now i own three of them they go on every job with me coworkers always ask me what is yeswelder give them a try not only there welding machines i order all my consumables on line i love my new panaramic view helmet . I know welding wire what yeswelder has done . Theyre very worthy oy my business. So professional or beginner just like i did try yeswelder as a whole im glad i did . Be4 i go i had a issue with my mig250 pro machine emailed yeswelder support and was emailing back an forth on a warranty issue with a guy his name was Raymond never have met him but thank you sir what a wonderful xperience my mig 250 pro is up n running ty. Feb.2023 i will be ordering another machine looking very closely at the new 2050 machine give them a try

had a minor issue with my 250p ac/dc unit they responded quickly and resolved the issue !

We use in a commercial shipyard and works great.
