I purchased a product and I had a item I was concerned about so I called Yeswelder and met Raymond. He is a good man and really did everything he possibly could to help me understand the issue while he immediately replaced the potentially damaged product. I had a small concern and the Yeswelder Customer Service Team immediately did everything they could to eliminate the problem and help me understand everything about it. You cannot ask more from any company than Yeswelder gave me. My safety was their paramount concern and... you know... they care a lot about customer satisfaction too. I now know I can completely trust Yeswelder to have my back. Yeswelder cares and they do give 110%!

My YesWelder MIG gun nozzle wasn't coming off of the MIG gun and Ana from YesWelder demonstrated really good customer service by listening to my concerns and promptly responding back to my emails. In addition, she generously replaced my MIG gun. Thank you Ana!

Very impressed with the machine and the support. Raymond, from Yeswelder has been very responsive and helpful. This machine is a no-brainer for the price, nothing even comes close at this price point, highly recommended! Amazing customer service! I had a tig welder have some issues and i needed to warranty it. i lost my receipt but Raymond and the team ended up helping me out, and got me a new tig welder in the mail asap. Currently have the 250p tig 250 mig and 65 plasma cutter and love all three of them. 100% recommend yeswelder to anyone wanting a sick welder on a budget.

The MiG 205ds is awsome. Been burning through several lbs of .035 4043 aluminum wire so far. No issues just nice welding! You coulda told me I was using a miller, Lincoln or esab and I wouldn’t have known.

The Customer Service is second to none! Ana was my guide through what was a 3 year/3 machine recurring issue and each time asking solid questions and responding quickly I got a new unit each time. Unfortunately whatever is causing the issue is internal and I opted the last time for a refund. Yes Welder did not argue one bit, they promptly returned my debit payment in full..... after 3 years..... and 3 machines!!!!

I bought a TIG250P from them in fall of 2021, it has been great at welding aluminum and have even used the arc welder several times. I noticed the torch end was coming apart and I sent an email to them Thursday. Raymond responded Friday and they sent me out a new replacement without issue and arrived on a Sunday! Great customer service. Looks like the new torch has been upgraded as its a bit different but very happy with the TIG and customer service. Thanks again Raymond
