Recently bought the 205DS. Great machine, however the feed motor stopped working all of a sudden. I sent customer support an email detailing the problem and looking for a solution. Raymond from Customer support got back to me right away and had me confirm a few things. He was extremely responsive and once we determined that it was just a defective part, sent me a new machine and I was up and running in just a couple days. Very happy with the customer support, especially Raymond. They made it right without having to pull teeth. Not common these days.

I had a problem with a Tig torch; it wouldn't flow gas. I drilled out the silver solder closed port to keep going. The drill broke thru into the seat of the valve. So no turning off the gas, though the torch otherwise worked. Close to 2 months after purchase before I used it, and now it's modified. Wonder if they'll do the right thing? Yes. I explained, Raymond responded, and 2 days later a replacement arrived. Told to keep the original for back-up. Now I have an excellent multi-purpose welding set-up that runs as well as ANY of the many different machines I have used for almost 50 years. This machine, the MIG-205DS-B, cost $298.75 !!! Was a fabricator, iron worker, made pressure vessels, then a welding instructor and retired pipefitter. This is the first machine I have ever purchased. What a great choice.

I have looked for a lot of welding machines and I found this company , It has not failed me at all, The after sale and support the are awesome specially Ana she remembers my problem and fast reply and she helped me a lot.

I had chosen YesWelder as my first welding machine to purchase as I had done a fairly extensive amount of research on the company/products and the Firstess MP200 5 in 1 looked to be the most cost effective and universal multiprocess machine in its category. I’ve used the blue brand before with great results in school but unfortunately the price point would require selling my car to get the same range of capabilities that the MP200 has built in it. I had spoken to Ana from YesWelder support and had all the questions I had answered incredibly quickly and personably. Overall a 10/10 experience. (I’m not a representative of the company nor am I receiving any compensation for the above review, just a happy dude)
