Recently purchased the yeswelder MiG 250 pro multiprocess welder and I have been very happy with the unit.. Was not expecting such a nice unit for the price but it has been a pleasure working with it and well as the support. It didn't come with a chart so contacted support who immediately sent an electronic copy of the chart which I prefer. Anytime I have a question support (specifically Raymond) have been incredibly fast and professional. I highly recommend this company and the welders they sell.

When I unboxed my new helmet, I was a little overwhelmed with complexity as I had never actually picked up a welding helmet. The instructions were not clear to me. I emailed Yeswelder customer support after struggling a bit. It was a Saturday so I didn't expect to hear anything that day. On Monday morning I checked my email and Ana had sent me a video of the entire assembly of the helmet. It cleared up everything.

The customer service shown by Raymond with Yeswelder was absolutely top notch. Very fast and direct approach to the troubleshooting. Absolutely stellar. It reassures me I made a great choice with outfitting my welding cart with their products. Very happy customer here. I'm not sponsored or affiliated in any way to these guys. Equipment works well, support team is responsive and very quick to resolve issues. Raymond was very helpful and quick to correct my issues.

I had a welder fail after a few uses. And I emailed Yes welders support team about. I got a response from Ana (YesWelder Support), who followed thru the process with me in a very straight forward and helpful way. So far I'm pleased with the product and company. Thank you Ana!

I have had my 205DS for about 2 years now and have had 0 complaints. I bought it to see how it was compared to the bigger named brands and I can’t tell a difference at all. One of the smoothest machines I have ran. I recently broke the gas fitting for the Tig electrode. Contacted Yes Welder and spoke with Raymond. No questions asked and they had another sitting at my steps in just a few days! Can’t beat that! Yes Welder will be my go to machine for every process of welding I do in my shop! I hope to soon try out the plasma and aluminum setups they have!

It's hard to find good customer support these days but I have to say Yes Welder goes above and beyond. Ana was so helpful when I ordered the wrong machine. She gave me all the support needed to get my mistake resolved. I ended up deciding to keep it after reading more about it and think I will be happy I did. I will probably order the other unit in the future just due to the great customer support Ana provided. Thanks Ana and Yes Welder. 5 star company

Bout 30 yrs bk my Daddy believed in a small welding company & invested. After decades pouring & finishing concrete I purchased an arc welder of my own (Firstess MP 200). Mr. Sherwin provided prompt customer service when i had a question (thru social media noless) regarding my order & Miss Ana followed up thru email within 24 hours to assure me everything was being taken care of. The two reps. communicated periodically & i dfntly felt a sense of belief that my Daddy felt. A big "Thank You" to the entire YesWelder Team.
