Raymond from Yeswelder customer service was the best. very thankful for his help. I am extremely impressed with Raymond's complete and thorough response. He answered all my questions directly, clearly and addressed all my issues. This is probably the best response to my questions I have ever received from a company. It was well written and very organized. I was given bad advice from local weld shops that could have jeopardized my safety. thanks to Raymond again for making it in clear and plain language. I will not be using the old mig gun with the missing plastic cover. he had confirmed my suspicions that it was not safe to do so. thank you again!!

We had questions about settings and about a problem with a plasma cutter and the issues were quickly resolved. Only concern I have is that instruction manual for plasma cutter is very poor. Great company! Would definitely do business with them again

I bought a helmet 6 months ago and it started to ark flash me really bad. I contacted customer support about this problem and Ana helped me resolve my issue. Customer support was excellent, Always kept in contact with me. The sent me an new helmet and told me to keep the old one as a spare. I am very happy with yeswelder and i will be buying a lot more products from them.

Purchased a plasma unit and had a firing issue due to a circuit board. Contacted yeswelder and received a quick response from Ana who was super helpful and great with communication and information I needed to provide. She would always reply back within a business day and took care of the issue. Provided a solution with no hassle. She took care of me and was a nice change with such positive customer service. Yeswelder backed up their warranty with the experience many companies could take a lesson. Thanks Ana!

I bought this welder because I wanted a good welder but didn’t really need to pay for the top-of-the-line big names.I received it quickly and all parts were there. The TIG torch is a little bulky but it has a trigger and amp control on it so a bit bulky is to be expected. The plasma-cutting torch is sturdy and well-built, and cuts beautifully. After ten months of use, there was a problem with the plasma torch firing, but I contacted customer service and Raymond debugged the problem and quickly resolved my issue. I was very happy with the outcome. I do wish is that the packaging was more environmentally-friendly and didn’t use so much plastic foam.
