Recently bought a set of autodarkening goggles, when I opened the box the lense was shattered. I wrote an email to customer service about the issue and promptly got a response from Anna who was very fast and helpful at getting this issue resolved.

Yes welder customer support was available in a short amount of time and were willing to help resolve the issues I was having with my setup. Ana from Yes welder team was my direct support technician from the beginning and was very understanding and able to help me right away.

bought at ct2050, used plasma cutter few times, then stopped working. called customer support through some emails from Raymond we tried few things and Raymond was able to resolve problem.i give him A++ thx for everything.

I bought a YesWelder plasma cutter a while back and worked pretty well cutting whatever I needed it too. Took a couple tries to get it just right but that was just new to plasma cutters. After a while I started working on 1/4” steel to cut a propane tank to make an offset smoker and it wasn’t able to do it. So I went online and talked to people and they told me it will no problem but use 220v. So I got a correct 220 plug and realized I didn’t have the 110 to 220 adapter. So I told Yes welder and they got me a plug very fast and the customer service was great. Snap a couple pics and emailed a few times to fix issue correctly. Raymond was my contact at YesWelder and he was awesome. Really helpful and nice guy. He took care of me! I highly recommend a plasma cutter from them bc they make a great product at a great price and I am satisfied. Would buy all over again. -JB

Couldn’t ask for better customer service ,Ana was very nice & took care of the problem immediately. I absolutely love the weld goggles/mask I bought perfect clarity & easy on my neck due to the light weight,had a small mishap with mine & they replaced it right away , I plan on buying a Ac/dc tig welder & another weld hood in the future, im very pleased

I received a CT2050 that was having issues with the plasma cutter after a few emails on things to check we found out it had a faulty control board. I got my new unit within a week!
