I bought a 250- pro 4 years ago I had no problems with it worked excellent for it’s size and portability, the other day I turned it on and it didn’t I called the Yes company to see if I could get it repaired and they told me it was out of warranty but they said they would assist me with my problem, The next day they notified me that they were sending me a new machine at no cost, today when I got home the new unit was at my door step. For a Company to step up like this is unbelievable. Thankyou YES welders and all of your staff.HIGHLY RECOMMEND “YES” machines. I have been welding since 1974. These are great and reliable machines

I received my welder MIG-270K and had a minor issue. I contacted the company, Ana and Raymond did a great job in answering my questions and promptly correcting the issue. I now have two YesWelders and am very happy with both machines. I have started recommending that friends try out their products because you cannot beat the quality for the price.

We bought a welder over a year ago and realized it didn't work correctly. We emailed to get the issue resolved and they were very helpful, and sent a replacement welder. Can't wait ti get the new one to start using it.

It's been 40 plus years since I used a TIG I am amazed with the advancement in the technology over those years that has been incorporated in the 205P-PRO I bought. But the prompt support I received from Ray on consumables was excellent and that is most impressive for a basically first-time user with the modern equipment.

I have purchased multiple products from yeswelder now. A mig welder, plasma cutter, panoramic helmet, wire, ect... I've been extremely impressed with all these products so far. I'm a hobby welder and not a pro by any means. However, I've used professional equipment when I took welding classes at the shipyard. I had a small problem with my mig machine and Ana returned my E-mail within hours of sending it. She was quick to respond and handle the issue with no problems. I gotta say, I'm very impressed with the equipment, and their customer service!

My big and very old Millermatic has gone to the ICU and I needed a quick welder to finish a job. Purchased the MIG PRO 250 to help me out. It arrived with shipping damage and Ana immediately took charge to fix the problem. She quickly authorized a replacement welder. The new welder arrived before the shipping notice. Fantastic service. The welder works great. I really appreciate YesWelder people and equipment. Three cheers for Ana.
