I ordered the 200p AC/DC tig welder. Everything was really great for the price, but I had an issue with gas flow through the torch. Raymond was extremely prompt in addressing my email to customer service, very professional and helpful in getting my issue resolved. I think the overall quality of the machine is not reflected in this small issue and Raymond was super helpful about correcting it by sending me replacement parts.

Ana at Yeswelder could not have been more patient with me. I was very impressed by her. I am new to mig welding, so I have a lot of "dumb question," as it were. I had several follow-up questions to Ana's many detailed email replies. Being new to dealing with Yeswelder, I sort of expected Ana to either become annoyed at my many questions or simply stop responding to my emails. She did neither. She answered my every question and concern. Thanks to the great customer service I got from Ana, I now feel good about my decision to buy a Yeswelder product.

The customer service was amazing It was as fast as 5 minutes later that I sent a request at 10 p.m.

Yeswelder customer support was awesome to work with my mig 270k welder had been damaged in shipping I wrote a email out to the support group, Edmond responded back quickly to me about my damaged part and got the replacement part sent out very promptly I couldn't be happier thank you Edmond for your help Kaleb

Put in a order for ct2050 ordering went smooth but it was supposed to come as a kit with the plasma cutter replacement consumable and it didnt come together contacted yeswelder raymond from their customer service team was very helpful and did say its on the way just comes separate from the welder and gave me tracking info so awesome help from customer service but just wish they would email you with the tracking info if they send as separate parcels like other companies

A while back I had to buy a new torch for a Hobart mig and got it from Yeswelder . Was very satisfied with it. But one of the guys let it get all built up with splatter and finally shorted it out inside. His fault, not the product. So I needed a new one. Wasn't sure of the part and couldn't remember if I had created an account so I contacted Yeswelder support to see if they could find the order. Within a few hours and on a weekend I had a response and an email containing my old order. Fantastic customer service. Can't beat Yeswelder's price and service. Also we were very pleased with the quality of the torch before operator failure messed it up.

I have been a welder in one fashion or another since 1992. I have used all the too name machines available in my trade. I have never encountered the customer service that was extended to me from yes welders. Thank you so much
