There should be an option for zero stars. There is absolutely no management or organizational skills present in this company. Backed their new welder that was supposed to be delivered months ago, which they took payment for 5 months ago, and I have nothing but blame on amazon to show for it. Stay away from this company. If they don't get their act together, I see a class action lawsuit in their future.

Purchased a MIG-135 during Black Friday. Received an email one month later with no contact that the order is cancelled. Check the website and the welder is still available to be ordered with a higher listed price. Yeswelder tried to cancel my previous order to force me to re-order the same item as a higher price of $51. Called customer service and they were not willing to help; told them that this behavior (of not honoring a paid purchase to force a higher price is illegal in my province). Awaiting a response; I will update this review but I warn any potential buyers to avoid this vendor until they show credibility.

This company is full of pure dung & I do mean pure dung! They take your $ quickly & don't move at all when there's a problem with their product thats not durable at all. I'm a welder & machine mechanic that rely on good equipment & thats not what I received & once I complained via Facebook messenger they plainly ain't care & this isn't the 1st time ILL NEVER BUY FRIM THEM EVER AGAIN IVE HAD BETTER SERVICE FROM AIR & GAS & THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS

The welder works great like everyone has stated but the service is horrible. I have recieved my ORDERS in chunks. There hasn't been one completed order since November. All have something missing. I bought a multiprocess welder and I can only use gaskets MIG because I am missing atleast one piece from each set up. Super disappointed since the welder works so well.
