I ordered my first welder and gear from yeswelder. The gear was shipped with a different company than the gear. The welder arrived well and as planned but the gear ended up not being delivered. Ana of the yeswelder team coached me on how to follow up with the shipping company. When the package was not to be found, Ana took care of filing a claim with the shipping company from her end and arranged for replacement gear to be shipped out to me within a week. I am very grateful to her and the yeswelder team and look forward to learning to weld! After this experience, I will definitely look to yeswelder first for anything else I might need in my welding future. Highly recommend this company :-)

My welder ended up breaking out of nowhere and just showing over current fault every time I turned it on and Ana the support agent sent me a new replacement right away

I decided to go with a YesWelder product for my professional shop. I hesitated to do business online but I was short on time and the CT2050 had all of the features I was looking for. I can't say there wasn't any hiccups, because there were...two in fact. But in both cases Raymond at YesWelder support took care of the issue. BTW, he answered his emails, and when I called a real person answered the phone. I really couldn't ask for more. If you are an executive at YesWelder reading these reviews, you should thank Raymond for representing your brand and providing a rare level of customer service, professionalism and courtesy. You guys are a class act. I have three welding shops within 30 minutes of my shop, but I would buy from YesWelder again without hesitation.

Ana was extremely considerate and diligent in her response to bring a real solution to my problem. She was very supportive and understanding, and all within a really quick time frame. Her actions will surely be remembered in the future when I think about purchases in the future.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my tig machine. Called the customer service line and was greeted immediately. After a few email exchanges to show the problem I was promptly provided with tracking information and the news that a new machine was on the way. 10/10
