I got the tig 200p ac dc and it seemed to work great until the button connector melted itself. Contacted customer support trying to figure out the issue and raymond helped me get my warrenty processed and a foot pedal sent over as replacement, my review would be 5 stars if I didnt have this issue, but customer support helped me through it

Customer service and support is good and fast with responses! Welder itself is a great product! I just wish it was a little easier to get adjusted correctly.

I had a package that came empty and reached out to YesWelder and had a response in less than a day. They were very helpful and looked into the package issue. The next day the package arrived with the contents inside. They were very helpful and looked into the problem to see where they could fix it. Very good customer service.

I took off one star for the fact that the machine did have a couple of glitches out of the box. But in my experience at least, customer support was good. Ana responded quickly and after a couple of back and forth emails to figure out the problem, simply sent a whole new spool gun. Thanks Raymond and Ana for fielding my questions and responding with help!

I bought the Auto Darkening, Solar Powered, Panoramic View Welding Helmet | Q800D earlier this year in May. I truly enjoyed using this helmet for my MIG welding process. Recently, while using it for TIG, my lens auto-darkening was intermittently failing to stay dark. I did experience weld flash a couple of times. After contacting customer service regarding this issue, Raymond and the team were ready to help meet my needs, and so kindly replaced my helmet with a new one. I highly recommend Yeswelder products, because they have the customer service you'll need to help you with future product support. Thank you.

I purchased the 205DS about 3 months ago; there were issues with that purchase (I wound up buying two of these things) and Yeswelder mostly made things right, so we are done with all of that. Most recently, the dinse connector on the ground clamp separated from the cable. This is a new machine and I worried that the rest of the machine would start to decompose with continued use. I contacted customer support and just like that, a new cable is on its way. My first go-round with these guys wasn't to my liking but was acceptable. This cable replacement was clean and easy and I am feeling the love once again. BTW, the machine works GREAT and my large, ornate driveway gate was created with this welder, .030 MIG and 6013 rod and for a rank amateur (I am a carpenter by trade), the gate looks like someone almost knew what they were doing. I would like to think that this machine will handle my needs in the future; the only thing holding me back from new projects is the price of steel. Treat the girlfriend to a nice dinner or buy some 1-1/2"square tubing; a quandary I've yet to resolve...
