I had a problem with my MP200, and it ended up being replaced under warranty. The customer service rep that helped me was named Raymond. He was very helpful in getting the issue resolved and made the warranty process very easy.

I've been a fan of Yeswelder since I started using their products. This time around USPS dropped the ball really bad and YW made it right. Ana was great and kept me informed throughout the whole refund/replacement process. UPS dropped the part off an hour ago which is great.

Raymond reached out thanking me for my second purchase, I showed him what I'm up to with my first purchase. Ive got daughters 6 and 12 years old learning the trade through this equipment. I had a miscommunication of was gonna come in the bundle I ordered or thought I ordered. Ana in customer service stepped right in and helped me solve my issue. Super happy with everything so far. I ordered the 5 in 1. I recommend these folks they seem to really care.

I bought my son a DP200 for Christmas 2024 and after a short amount of use the screen got vertical lines and was blank so you couldn't see any adjustments that were being made with the control knobs. I emailed Yes Welder and got a response back the same day. They sent me some checks to do and if that didn't work to send them some pictures which i did since everything check out ok, but we still had the issue. Ana with Yes Welder was very helpful and shipped me a new control board and screen. I installed them once they arrived, and you can now see everything.
