Easy to deal with and good feedback. Can’t wait for my bike 💪

My bike just arrived and it is super sturdy and well made..I love the features it offers, the big screen is amazing and makes riding the bike more fun..the customer service I have received from the moment ordering till after sales has been amazing so quick and helpful . Would definitely recommend this company and products

The team at Yesoul was so helpful in getting everything set up with my new bike, and assisting where needed when I needed a new part. I love my new bike and ride daily!

I’m not going to lie, I was upset at first because I didn’t receive my product. I reached out to customer service and they explained they had shipping issues. I was close to canceling my order but decided to have faith. Not even 24 hours later I was informed my product was being shipped. It got here in about 4-5 business days. I put it together in about an hour. Pretty simple, don’t panic, they put the bolts where they go. I was scared it didn’t come with the parts needed to put together but they did. Super easy to put together. Downloaded the YESOUL app and got started. I’ve used it almost everyday since I got it. My wife saw me use it and she started using it too. The YESOUL app has great workouts to follow. The coach is great. The YESOUL app has different workouts to cater to your target. Hands down a great product. I did look at other products but the price and quality beats everyone around. Very happy, may look into getting a YESOUL treadmill now.

I ordered the Yesoul bike first a few weeks ago and have loved it. It feels like very sturdy equipment compared to gym. I like the mirroring for the phone , so convenient; I than decided to buy the “running package” with the treadmill and sitting down bike. Now I will have a whole gym for what I thought was a great price!!! They offer promo codes (for first responders/ medical professionals too) and free shipping that I love. Thank you.

Customer Service has been great responding to my issue with screen sharing after an IOS update.

I ordered G1M plus screen bike and I am so excited to receive it. There was a small delay with the delivery as it was out of stock but the team communicated really well and been ever so helpful. I just cannot wait to use it since the winter is coming and it will be cold / raining to go for walks. I always wanted one of those fancy bikes with a screen. This one was a reasonable price and it is new.

Some great rides and instructors. The music is a little lacking. My only complaint is I wish every class had a set resistance.
