Ordered and the website stated 3 days delivery. It's now been 2 weeks and despite numerous attempts to contact them for updates I have heard nothing. Other than on one occasion which was to sell me a subscription. Yes that's correct they want you to subscribe to use the bike. Utter con and will now have to contact the bank to get a refund. Save your time and money and stay well clear of this cheap Chinese tat.

I ordered the G1M Plus exercise bike with screen on 3rd Sept 2025 and it arrived in about 10 days. It was relatively simple to follow the instructions to put together. I had some difficulty setting up screen casting, but with the help of Yesoul's customer support, it turned out to be a bug with their app. They were really helpful and more responsive than other reviews I've read have said. It looks stylish, sturdy, well made and overall I'm impressed. It felt like a lot of money and a risk, but I think it has been worth it.

I made a purchase and it was meant to be delivered within 3-4 working days. Nothing showed up, I chatted them, no response. How unprofessional and unfortunate are these guys? If you’re into the business of scamming people of their hard earned money, kindly return my money. If you love your mental health, do not engage in business with these guys! They are highly untrustworthy.
