Although delivery took longer than expected, when reached out to customer service, their support has been brilliant. Now my bike is here, it’s great, runs really well and suprisingly quiet, looking forward to streaming the classes through the screen 👍🏼

My YESOUL G1M Plus bike arrived a couple of days ago. It came well packaged and was very easy to assemble. It is very sturdy in use and very good quality. The screen and speaker are great and so glad l purchased it.

Yesoul have been excellent to deal with , although delivery was delayed due to high demand there support team kept me updated and responded to any questions quickly also 6 months free membership for the delay. Highly recommend🙂

I got W2 lite instead of pro. The customer care person has answered me all the questions and doubts and resolved/updated my order correctly and provided me refund all within 30 mins

Received my G1M Bike today; it's a solid and well-made bike. The screen syncs perfectly with my phone, with no lag. I had a very good purchasing experience with the team; initially, I couldn't purchase the bike online as I am on the Isle of Man, however, they went out of their way to enable me to make the purchase, and above all, to ensure my bike got delivered safely all the way to the Isle of Man.

Due to an issue with supply and demand, there was a short delay in shipping. However, I contacted Yesoul and they responded quickly with helpful information and a complimentary short subscription free of charge. This is a great bike, really sturdy, screen is so good. Great purchase and would recommend.

My Yesoul bike has just arrived, and I’m really pleased with it so far. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the Yesoul explained this was due to the product’s popularity, and I was happy to wait. The bike arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble with clear instructions. After a few days of use, it feels sturdy and well made. The screen is excellent – I’ve been mirroring my Apple Fitness app onto it, which keeps me motivated and occupied while riding. I think this bike will be a really valuable addition to my home exercise set-up, especially as the colder, unpredictable UK weather makes outdoor exercise more challenging. It’s going to help me stay consistent through the winter, and it’s something the whole family can enjoy.
