Shipping and set up were quick for the treadmill, customer service was helpful when contacted about getting the bike to go with it! Great quality for the price, like the size and simplicity of the treadmill.

Bike wird nicht geliefert
Habe mein Bike am 29.November bestellt und bezahlt. Außer eine Bestellbestätigung ist nichts passiert. Das Bike wurde immer noch nicht geliefert. Auf Supportanfragen wird auch nicht geantwortet. Wenn ich die anderen aktuellen Bewertungen anschaue, sollten die zukünftigen Käufer sich 3x überlegen, ob sie hier ein Bike bestellen wollen. Ich werde es nicht mehr tun und versuchen mein Geld wieder zubekommen

After a delay with delivery the bike…
After a delay with delivery the bike arrived and was easy to set up and feels sturdy. Customer service replied with enquiries on delivery and their facebook page provided updates and other customers experience. We have got out phones mirroring but still working out how the app records our rides but that's fine for now.

Complaint
Hello, I ordered a GM bike plus on December 12th and paid immediately. Since then, I haven't heatd anything from Yesoul fitness. Their support is ansolutely terrible. I've instructed my bank to reverde the charge. I'm also considering taking legal action. I suspect I've been scammed. Thanks for nothing. Never again Yesoul fitness. Never...!!!!!!!

Tolles Bike, toller Support
Das Bike hat Preis-Leistungs-Technisch 5 Sterne. Lieferung hat leider 8 Wochen gedauert was etwas ärgerlich war (in Zukunft lieber realistische Lieferzeiten angeben). Der nette Support war dafür um so hilfsbereiter. Würde wieder bestellen.
