Bought a £800 treadmill from these and it doesn't work, keeps going into idle mode from the very first day I used it. Asked for help they offered a few tips but they don't work and now I have heard nothing. I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying from these

I’ve been using the Yesoul G1M Plus bike for a week now and I’m very happy with it. Assembly was quick and easy with clear, straightforward instructions. The screen quality is excellent, and the screen-casting feature really helps keep me motivated during workouts. The built-in speakers sound great as well. Overall, this bike feels well made and delivers a great workout experience. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought the G1M bike from YESOUL and I’ve had bikes before which were noisy and not a great design ..this bike is honestly absolutely a fantastic bike,it’s of great strong quality..not a single noise at all and the monitor is so good,I hooked up my I phone to it and did 30 mins exercise that felt like 5 minutes because I was enjoying the monitor that time flew in.. I do call a spade a spade and this the best exercise product bike wise that I’ve been on .. The correspondence was outstanding..a huge Thankyou to Wendy who e mailed straight away with a professional and warm manner 🤝 The bike itself was easy to put together .. I would 💯 percent recommend this bike to anyone and I have ..thankyou YESOUL 👏👏👏

Excellent quality bike and very easy to assemble. Customer service get back to you within 24 hours if needed. Overall great experience!! Would recommend

Dreadful customer service I ordered a walk pad and received a bike the money was taken even though they knew they had sent the wrong item. I have emailed numerous occasions sent photos as requested and have been ignored for over a week. Purchase from these at your own risk as when things go wrong they simply don’t care. Over 250.00 out of pocket and furious with the poor unresponsive customer service team.

Really poor customer service, was promised delivery in 2-4 working days. Paid for route protection as well. They have not moved the order from placed and I have tried to contact them on at least 9 occasions and no reply. I will contact my credit card company soon to get a charge back if I do not get a response. So disappointed. Update Yesoul contacted me soon after I recieved my bike and it was well made. I had a new issue with the pedal and some squeaking which is now resolved also. They have been very responsive and helpful since Thank you

Excellent Quality and worth the value in comparison to other exercise bikes. Easy to assemble. Very satisfied

I received the bike in a timely manner and the setup was easy to follow. I find the bike to be of great quality, and easy to adjust for different heights. I enjoy the screen mirror feature that allows for flexibility on what I want to watch. Great Job!
