Everyone who I have personally met or spoken to over the phone has been very helpful in giving me the information I need to adjust to my new hearing aids. I feel confident they will continue to make sure I am satisfied in every way with my purchase. Even though there is no physical address to go to, they are accessible by phone or email if and when I need them.

As a former user of the Phonak CROS aids for five years, I was amazed at the improved quality I gained by switching to the Signia CROS 7AX aids. I love the ability to control the hearing environment; especially when in noisy restaurants. The overall hearing quality is excellent. My experience with YES Hearing has been exceptional; especially since I had been working with a local provider. I was thrilled with the pricing and the service.

Price is great and deserves 5 stars but my overall rating is a 4. It is based on the administrative aspects of YES hearing, which needs improvement in my opinion. The following are my comments - I bought my hearing aids on Nov 2, 2021 from Lathan Hickey/YES. He was knowledgeable and we spoke many times prior to my purchase. He answered all my questions and referred me to an audiologist for consultation. The price he quoted was 'music' to my ears. Lathan made the deal happen! The Nov 2 email congratulating me on my purchase was not complied with. Examples, 2nd home visit was not set up as stated nor did I receive a call from a member of the audiology team as stated. I had to follow-up and obtain clarification of the process, which was handled by Caity Lawings - She's a 'rock' star (drum roll please)! On Dec 30 I rec'd an email (almost 2 months later) asking for me to complete the DocuSign Form - YES Patient Agreement. In my opinion, completion of that form should have been sent out before the time of my purchase! As this is my 1st time wearing hearing aids I am going thru the on-line virtual visits, recently with Dr. Kristyn Trammel for fine tuning. She has been very pleasant and patient as I am not too PC literate so she has had to walk me thru the app/process. So far, so good. Virtual visits will continue for other needed adjustments. She can 'roll' (with the punches)! Hats off to all of them. JBP
