This is the 3rd time I got my new glasses Rx from Yes. l LOVE THEM! They always have the best stylish frames. I As a designer am VERY particular about my frame style. Ironically my insurance gave me “free” pair from Warbly Parker, boring frames. My prescription was right on.

I have bought two pairs now, one a chunky stylish pair and another wayfarer like pair for office days. The computer progressives are perfect for me. The support crew is quick and effective if your prescription is not quite clear! I have tried others and they were good stuff but Yesglasses are better!

First, I love the round frames. They've become a trademark along with my bow ties. I bought a pair from another company and they broke in two weeks. These are better quality for a good price.

I ordered my glasses on Jan 31, 2026. They shipped on Feb 5, 2026 and was suppose to arrive on Feb 9th. On Feb 13th, I finally got ahold of the company only to find out the glasses were shipped back to them. I requested to have them shipped by UPS, instead of USPS and was told I'd have to pay $18 to change shipping. On Feb 16th, I called them again and again told me I'd have to pay$18. I asked for a manager and was told, after holding for 10 minutes, that it would be 2-3 hour wait for a manager????????? WHAT???. They finally agreed to ship by UPS but take another 24 hours to process the order again. I'm so F%^&*#G MAD and still have no glasses

Yesglasses had a vast variety of frames and lens color selection. The process is user friendly when ordering glasses online and both orders were perfect, no adjustments needed. Thank you for your superb customer service. Rita
