Have purchased from Yes Glasses for many years and always have been happy with my glasses. This time the ones I ordered were too large . Returning those glasses and replacing them was very easy. This company is very easy to work with and the product is exceptional.

This was my first experience with Yesglasses. I found the process to be simple and easy to follow. I liked the fact that I could upload my prescription, that there was a wide variety of frames to choose from, and that the lens options weren't overwhelming. All at an exceptionally reasonable price. The last pair of similar style glasses that I bought were more than twice as much and the Yesglasses frames fit as well and look almost the same. All-in-all, from ease of purchase, to quality of frames and choices, to delivery this was a very positive experience and I would... will buy from Yesglases again.

I don't usually give 5 stars but these glasses went above what I had expected

Great quality product at fraction of cost from brick n' mortar eyeglasses store. Always wanted this frameless style with the "hingeless temple arms". The designer 'Silhouette' brand at my optometrist was $500.00+!!! No way could I afford that. (And even if i could that is an obscene amount to pay for one pair of glasses!) "Yesglasses" to the rescue! I was initially very nervous and skeptical of an online eyeglass retailer, but this company delivered a quality pair of frameless glasses in the style I wanted...at ONE FIFTH THE PRICE of brick and mortar eyeglass retailers!

This is my second pair with maybe one more in the future. Great fit for me. Enough said.

Yesglasses truly stands out for its genuine customer service proven alwhile needing a new prescription for my glasses, which I had originally purchased from them. I inquired if I could send my original pair back to have the new prescription added and they explained preference to rather kindly offer a discounted rate for a brand new pair with my updated prescription which was very genuine though upon receiving the new glasses, the prescription was slightly off but Yesglasses promptly shared understanding while offering a full refund. Nonetheless, a full refund, matching the original payment as what truly sets Yesglasses apart is their consistent, patient, and genuinely kind communication throughout every email exchange. They never felt scripted or combative; instead, they listened attentively and made the right decision. In a world where exceptional customer service is rare, Yesglasses provides refreshing experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate service considering they genuinely appreciate treating people as a valued customers, not just a concern labeled customer. Nonetheless, their glasses are look absolutely amazing.
