Screw fell out of frame and temple disengaged from front of frame causing glasses to fall off my face and onto a tile floor resulting in lens chipping.

I don't understand any of the negative reviews regarding shipping or customer service. I have had a wonderful experience with my first-time purchase from Yesglasses. I originally purchased a pair of glasses that I loved and looked like they would be great on me. But once I received them (& quickly, I might add), although they were beautiful and well-made, they were way to big for my small face. All it took was one email to their Customer Service and they immediately offered to replace them free of charge (no shipping either) for another pair of my choice. In no time at all, I had another pair of quality prescription glasses that look great on me. I will order again from Yesglasses!

All orders have been executed with care. As some complainers have noted, shipping can be slow. Watching the shipment on USPS, it was USPS that sent the order for a traveling vacation to 4 states. However, the glasses are of very reasonable quality for the price. After sales promotions, I'm getting progressive lenses in stylish frames for $100 or less. My orders shipped from Texas, USA. And if any reviewers are complaining about being sourced from China need to look closely at a myriad of products, now sourced from China. China produces frames for high-brow brands and super budget readers. And any quality in between. A reasonable buyer won't expect a $100 pair to compete with $500 branded frames.

The perscription sunglasses I purchased look awesome. The quality is great, my prescription is accurate and the price beats any retail store. Also the order arrived promptly. I'm very satisfied.
