I ordered a pair of oversized, eyeglasses, and sent in my prescription. When I receive them back, I would have to move the glasses all the way to the end of my nose to see far and then hold my glasses up above my nose a bit to see close-up I have contacted them multiple times and I have not had a solution to the glasses that ultimately end up costing you $300 or more after you put in all the add-ons. This was the first time I tried this online. I would not recommend it to anyone else. I regret not going to my doctors office and purchasing them from my eye doctor in the first place. I went there with these glasses and they said this size oversized frame cannot be used with the Progressive prescription that I have that it does not work properly with this size lens. I was never informed of that with yesglasses but instead of giving me a refund, they sent me a piece of plastic to put on my nose to rest my glasses on. This is not satisfactory to me and their refund policy is bogus..

Yesglasses had lots of great frame options, sizes, colors and frame less options to choose from. I ordered two one foe my sunglass and the other for my every day wear both pair I added my rx doctor's office. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants more options for less expensive frames.

Except for missing the PD info (my fault, I didn't follow directions) everything went smoothly. I love my glasses, and feel that they are better than the ones I got from an optometrist. I would suggest a better communication system though, with ability to respond more quickly of prescription info is missing, and with acknowledgement of receiving the order, and updates of how the order is progressing.

Wrong style glasses, I do not wear white glasses, I asked for a black frame Minicircle frame with medium brown lenses

I've probably bought a dozen pairs of glasses from Yes and I've been consistently impressed. I've owned plenty of high end pairs of glasses in the past and I honestly don't see any real difference between them and Yes Glasses at a fraction of the price. I'll keep coming back!
