So disappointed- ordered weeks ago & when I check the tracking it’s stuck in the same place since 01st February & the customer service have no interest in looking into it & are now just blatantly ignoring my messages & emails I also noticed they left out a part of the address when shipping so I’m not likely to get this anyway

Love Yescustom! This site offers ALL kinds of gift ideas and photo options. I have not had a single bad experience through them. I've ordered simple t shirt, bag and even jewelry. I recommend this site to many people including new parents and photographers just starting out.

I placed a order for Xmas on November 22, 2020. Finally contacted yescustom on December 30, 2020 only to be told it was delivered to completely wrong address in a whole another state so someone could be wearing my face on there shirt/underwear. Not very happy about that.So they offered to resend product. Asked since after Xmas if I could get different shirt, they gave me preview and I agreed. I had to contact them again 2 weeks after that to see where product was. Finally got shipping information, finally got product it was the Xmas version of the shirt. So now I have a shirt that is going to collect dust for the next year.

I never received the notification that it was shipped so I asked why I never got my order. When asked was told it shipped and then was ignored after the first email. Bad Company

should have looked at the reviews. I'm pretty sure they're scammers. I bought socks for Christmas. The ups link they sent me wouldn't work for me but miraculously worked for customer service to show my package had been delivered. When I reported this they wanted me to pay an extra $13 to resend it. So that would be $40 for socks and that's IF I got the socks. I recommend shutterfly or etsy for similar products and to not be conned out of your money.

I placed an order on November 26th, leaving more than enough time for my order to arrive before Christmas. Before ordering, i even triple checked to ensure it would arrive before christmas. It has been a month and i still do not have my item. It will not arrive until after christmas, after everyone is gone and after the festivities are over. I paid over $40 for shipping, only for the products to be rendered useless since the products were christmas 2020 themed. Beware of ordering from this company!

This is a SCAM . Will never order again .. Generic response no tracking no nothing ...

HORRIBLE company, they offered me an expedite delivery paying an extra fee for it and the product arrived way later than that date. After requesting a refund they just ignore my emails. Waste of money. I’m sharing this feedback on every single review page and fb post from this company. My order was the 406177YC
