DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my order on 1/24/2025 after repeated unanswered emails regarding my order proof being wrong. I was FINALLY told they would cancel and refund my $$ and I would receive it within 3-5 days. When I still had not received my refund as of today, I emailed again this morning. Received a response from Sakura this evening that said “Sorry, we will refund when we are back to work from holidays until Feb 3rd. Have a nice day!” I have gone ahead and filed fraud charges with my bank and reported to the BBB. This company is a total scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It’s a scam! I mean they might send it, but 3 - 4 months later. I ordered almost 3 months ago and have still not received my offer. Today I looked on better business bureau and apparently I’m not the only one! Do not use them.

Don’t order anything if you need it in a timely manner - I ordered and paid almost double for something to priority ship that arrived too late - I emailed SEVERAL times to cancel because I knew it would not get here in time / they ignored refused a refund and still shipped an item I now have no use for - horrible way to do business - would not order from them again

Great experience, great customer service. I ordered twice from yew customs (a customized hat and a flag) and both times came out amazingly! Very fast delivery too!

They charged me $3.99 for VIP Priority Service and $13.99 for expedited shipping but the item was not shipped for over 2 weeks. Their response was "We were closed for 2 weeks for Chinse holidays". Their address is in New York but all of items are shipped from China so you should not order from this seller if you need your shirts in less than 3 weeks. When I told them I would reqeust a refund through Paypal, they immediately created a USPS shipping label so that I cannot request for the refund.

What a disappointment. After a month of waiting on my order I finally get a tracking number only to find out that the package had been seized by USPS because they suspected COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE had been used. Company refused to expedite another order.

Do not use this company. They are a scam. I ordered 60euro worth of merchandise from this company and they provided a fake tracking number after weeks of not delivering my package. They also refuse to refund you even if you have not delivered. They will offer to send it again if you pay again half the price. Scam alert. Please stay away from this company. I thought they were an American company and not a Chinese company.

Overall, the shirt turned out fine. But the website was glitchy. If you toggled between base t-shirt color, the order would reflect the color change, but the actual written color was not changing. Which means I ended up with a red Tshirt instead of a black one as shown. I emailed them and decided to stick to the description of the order despite the image I sent shows the same issue you can see here, a black shirt instead of red. Instead of offering a partial return or a remake, they basically told me "tough", without explicitly saying so. For $30 and a month wait for a slow boat from China, I would recommend choosing a US based company. This isn't a mistake I'll be making twice.
