This is made in China and ships from China. Do not expect this to arrive anytime soon. Placed my order on December 2 and I had to follow-up on December 16. This is not arriving for Christmas. Do not order from here.

On 11-22-22, I ordered 9 items for a family event. Did not receive order tracking confirmation so I emailed the company. I was advised that 5 of my items were missed in production and because of this delay, I will not them since I will not have them in time for my event on 12/17. Responded explaining that will then not need any of the items as they were for couples. Requested a refund. Yes custom responds that they can only refund me for 5 items as the others have been sent. Now I have 4 shirts to toss in the trash. And the worst part is that I have not gotten a response on my emails for several days where I am trying to find out what my refund will be. This was a $240 dollar purchase. I don’t know that I will ever get a refund and will now have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute with my credit card company Very disappointed with the business and will not order from them again.

I ordered a custom shirt and it was never delivered. After 11 emails with their “customer service” person Camille who is INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful. NEVER ORDER from this company. They are scammers and will RIP YOU OFF!!! After multiple emails all I am getting a runaround from them. RIP OFF! SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order with them at the start of May and paid for fast delivery. I emailed to ask where my order was on 16th May they said it can take 11 days forgetting that I had paid for fast delivery they shipped the order standard so the shorts never came in time. Then they gave a fake excuse that DHL dont do fast delivery to the UK haha. They also said they would refund the fast delivery cost only and not for the shorts that were delivered after the stag do so were useless. To top it off I am still waiting for the refund now they said they would refund me in May and its now Sept and I have requested the refund 3 times.

What is the point of advertising on Facebook and taking peoples money when you can’t actually get the product there in time for Father’s Day? Disappointing…

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered 13 shirts for my bachelorette party and they only sent me 9 saying the other 4 had quality control issues and need to be remade. While the ones I received are nice they haven’t responded to my emails in two weeks about the additional shirts. I ended up filing a claim with my cc company to get my money back for the four. They are located in China do not respond to emails so I wouldn’t hold your breath with this company

I ordered and paid and a month later still no package. I tracjed it and it was sent back for insufficient address. I live in the mountains and do mot have a mail box. So I told them if you ship USPS you need to only put my po box. They made me pay 15$ to redo the print and then sent it to my street addres again! Ugh! Then they told me to call the post office and find it. Seriously? They did not use my po box again--I saw on the tracking info. There is no phone number so you have to use email. I asked for a refund and they only gave me half of my money back. I guess that is better than nothing but I should have gotten it all back. They wouldn't even try to track it down when it came back to them twice! How do you stay in business by telling your customers to call some random pist iffice 3 states away to get sonething already paid for?! I went with a different company and got my order in 10 days! Do not use this company! 4 months to get this dealt with.
