Absolutely horrible company. I ordered the product in mid November and still don’t have it in lat January. They say they can’t do anything about it because it is coming from China. The Chinese trackimg website said it was delivered To me this week, but it wasn’t. Yescustom is taking no responsibility. Horrible company! Complete scam. Don’t order from them.

Delayed delivery when this was supposed to be a birthday gift and was given enough time for it! All lies and customer support is like a robot.

They state on website custom gifts made in America, but when my item arrived it clearly stated made in China. Also know this is factually from tracking package. When it arrived you can not even make out my daughter's dog on the pjs, NOTHING like what was pictured on website. Order from somewhere else if you are looking for good picture replicas of pets

I ordered in early July for a birthday gift in late August. Its November, the package hasn't arrived yet. They sent it two times already, but according to their own tracker it stopped updating both times before even left China. They barely answered to my emails, and when they do they provide absolutely no information. Been trying to get a refund, but as expected they stopped answering at all. It really feels like a scheme more than anything else.

Crappy customer service. i have waited my package many months now and it just sails back and forth in China. Customer service doesn't respond or if it does they say that "It updated yesterday", like yes, I can see that, but it's still in China and going back to where it left. I have tried asking my money back but no answer. DON'T ORDER HERE.

You say your printing is perfect, I am here to dispute that! I ordered a tshirt $19.99 sent a colored photo paid $8.99 for shipping total cost $30.13, what I received was a white tshirt with pink outline. I want to be compensated and return your merchandise immediately, but you have no instructions of a return policy.

Jeg bestilte en t shirt. Der stod intet om på deres side at det blev sendt fra kina og der stod 4-10 hverdage for levering. Jeg ventede 4 uger før varen kom og jeg skulle betale ca 200kr i gebyr oveni t shirt og fragt fordi varen kom fra kina hvilket normalt ikke vil betyde 3 stjerne, men fordi deres kundeservice faktisk var super venlig at skrive med og tilbød at betale halvdelen af det gebyr der kom på syntes jeg faktisk det var okay. kvaliteten og billedet på t shirten er også super fint. Intet at sætte på det..

Jeg bestilt et par ting hos dem og efter to måneder har jeg intet modtage. Jeg har skrevet til deres kundeservice og ja de svare ret hurtig men det hjælper mig ikke når deres svar er jeg skal lige vente en smule mere :-( Jeg kan ikke anbefale denne hjemmeside!!
