Wish I had researched first! This place is not living up to promises. As it stands I won't get my gifts by the promised date 12/18, since they are coming from China, I won't get them by Christmas, and I'm not sure I'm going to get them at all at this point. I got on confirmation on 12/7, they said they'd update me in 3-5 days. It has been 11, and I haven't heard back. Update: I eventually got one broken English email after I reached out to them, and later my gifts. Late, but before Xmas 12/23. Due to being late (which happens), and poor communication, I'm changing the rating from a 1, when I thought I had been taken, to a 3.

Don't waste your time/money. I ordered a Hawaiian shirt with my my two twin nieces' faces on it. I emailed them before ordering regarding the process of getting two faces on a shirt. I created the order following their exact instructions. The website says 4-5 business days to create the custom shirt so I ordered it 2 1/2 weeks before my nieces' graduation day. The website shows a NY address, so I figured that should be plenty of time. Well, it didn't show up by graduation day and it didn't even show up by the graduation party which was one week after the graduation. A month after ordering the shirt, it finally arrived with only one of the girls' faces on it?? I contacted YesCustom and they blamed me for their mistake?? I forwarded the email I received to the customer service woman I communicated with to show her that I did exactly what I was told to do. She told me they would discount a future order even though I paid for an additional face and did not receive it. Turns out it took so long to arrive because it was shipped from China even though the website has a NY address which is very deceiving. Terrible retail experience!!

WARNING!!! Don’t trust this Company. I contacted them to ask the measurements of their long pillowcase so I can buy a pillow before I ordered. I got told it was 20” x 36” so I ordered and bought a pillow. The pillowcase arrived measuring 20” x 60”??? So wasted £9.99 on a pillow. I emailed the lady to ask for a resolution as she misinformed me. I bluntly got told the same WRONG measurements again and you should of waited until the pillow came!!! No you should give out the right info or say not sure please wait until it arrives. Disgusting rude Customer Service.

First I thought, that I will never get my Hawaiian Shirts with four different faces on it. -The website didn't seem to be serious -The support was very unserious, because there were two different persons writing me, one person who wanted to get more money out of our order and one person, who really helped and was really polite -We used a discount code, which we found on the internet, so I didn't think, that they will ever send us the order, when we paid less money - I was sceptical, when I saw, that our tracking number didn't work and later, after the support helped me, that this was a Chinese website - I thought, that they will swap mistakenly our designs, because we wanted four Hawaiian shirts with four different faces on each shirt - There were only negative reviews and if there were positive, they seemed to be fake In the end my money was good-invested, because after all doubts, we got our order like we have ordered it. Also the quality is in the first impression better, than I thought! It is a really funny gift and I am really positive surprised! I ordered to Germany, so with high shipping costs, it is also possible (just use a discount code)

Don’t waste your money, I spent 44 on product and I never received, after emails and Facebook chat, because they don’t have phone number, I was told that my product was sent to Phoenix Arizona, I live in LA so they send it to the wrong address but they said it’s my fault for putting the wrong address then they try to offer me 20% off on my next purchase, what a joke

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Was sent wrong color and wrong size.

Took 2 1/2 months, several emails & contacting the better business bureau to finally get my order. Each conversation via email was an excuse to blame the post office. And how the Post office "must have lost the package ". Key to having a good business is take ownership of your mistakes.
