They have a great variety of authentic Asian food. I have been shopping here for a couple years and the only experience I wasn't very happy about so far was once when my order delivered with one glass container broken and a couple items missing. I had to do emails back and forth to a few different customer service representatives and it was quite frustrating. They eventually got things straight after some struggling. It's been a while and hope it's not the situation any more.

I like Yamibuy a lot, because I love Chinese snacks and other Asian snacks a lot. I use to buy a lot of snacks in China and save it. In America, it’s really hard to find them. Until I know Yamibuy, I love it sooooooooo much.

Some items in the package exploded and the oil from the snack spill over all my other snacks.

Some items the price mark too high also a lot of items out of stock but never restock

I think maybe you can lower the shipping rate since a lot of products on your website are generally low priced.

replenishment too slow

Found lots of things were out of stock which makes me upset.

I think this is not bad, the evaluation is good too. But one problem is that there is no human service.
