Confusing Expiration Date & Poor Return Policy – Disappointing Experience
I recently bought bread from Yami, and the expiration date on the package is formatted as dd/mm/yy, which is confusing, especially since the typical format in the U.S. is mm/dd/yy. This led to some understandable confusion. When I tried to return the product (unopened, of course), I was told by customer service that they don't process returns for food unless there’s a quality issue. Fair enough, but their return policy isn't made clear on the product page, and that’s something that should be communicated upfront. It’s frustrating to see a company so dismissive of customer concerns, especially when I’m just trying to get some clarity on a simple issue. Yami’s return policy is a joke, and they clearly don’t care when they lose a customer.
