Nice experience, could help if faster

I placed my first order on Yamibuy on 8/11 and finally received the box today (8/26), the shipping time was definitely toooooo long, though it did come all the way from California to the East Coast. The shipping label was created 2 days after my placement, and there was no update until another 5 days later when it was finally picked up by Fedex. :/ ( I’d thought the package was lost.) The entire shipment process was soooooo long that I would think twice before placing my order again. However, I’d have to give them a lot of credit for bubble wrapping all the drinks+glass bottles very nicely, and organizing the box immaculately with air packet on the side. So luckily there was no spillage or cracks despite my order containing quite a number of glass bottles traveling across the entire country. I guess Fedex also handled it well as per the “Fragile” label on the box so the box arrived in pretty much pristine condition! Pros: well packaged, easy to order, coupon for first order, price is comparable to local Asian grocery market, also no sales tax for my state. Con: expect at least 2 weeks of shipping if you live on the East Coast :/

First time used it due to it has some items I can't find from other place. Overall I am quite happy with the items I received, all name brand and high quality stuff. It also cost less than buying them from Amazon or other big retailer. And if you counted the on-site coupons, you saved even more. It took 4-5 days shipped them from California to Orlando, not bad at all, especially with free shipping with $49 or more. Well packed and nicely done. My only hope is many of the items I want to buy are out of stock/sold out. I hope this can be improved when COVID-19 is over.

Things are good in general, but just hope the delivery can be faster. @Chicago

Amazing website with lots of items we cannot find at local stores. Convince for Chinese people who lives far away from NY and LA. Only downside is not being able to return the items that we are not satisfied with.

It will be better to provide the free shipping at over $35, like it did before.
