Until I received a credit card statement today with 2 separate purchases from this company in excess of $362, I had never heard of them nor had I placed an order with them. I have no idea how they gained access to my credit card info but they are currently under investigation for FRAUD.

Terrible customer service. I have email them and message them a thousand times for a refund. And for a package that I ordered on 3/13/2019 and still waiting and I get not respond. I paid over $15 dollar just for shipping. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Don’t use Yumibuy, they are terrible and they take your money.

Just 5 days after I received my order, they are selling an item that I ordered for $10 less PLUS extra 15% off. So I contacted their customer service to get price adjustment. But to my surprise the customer service staff refuse to apply 15% off, citing I used coupon when I placed the order and she can not apply 15% off because it is not allowed to use two promotional methods. Excuse me, did she just even understand the meaning of price adjustment at all? She can simply take out the coupon value, and calculate the difference between new price plus 15% off with the actual price I paid. As simple as that, but this customer service staff just so lazy that she thinks two promotional methods will be used by me if she applies 15% off. It’s two separate transaction, didn’t she understand that? Each transaction used only one promotional code, she just needs to calculate the difference between these two transactions, that’s called price adjustment! I am shocked for how lacking of training their staffs are!

This site is awful. All the reviews on items are fake except for the three or four that actually honestly say that the item is bad. I tried ordering items that had good reviews and they tasted bad. Some of the food items they sell as well are counterfeit and not the real thing so that's why they taste different and not good. There's also different sellers for EVERY item so shipping cost can go from normal to really high depending on what you put on your cart. Definitely a scam site. Not worth it and waste of money. Please do not buy from here! I had an awful experience from them and most of the food/snacks I bought were inedible. There is also other customers that report that the beauty products they buy from them are fake and if you try to contact them about it they will say they will investigate it and then ignore you. DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SCAMMED. They also have an awful employment history. They have bad management and scam their own employees to get free, unpaid internships. Please do not buy from this scam site! They are a shady good for nothing company!

my wife bought a product from this website app,and it cost 5 TIMES more than original price!!!and didnt show its gonna ship from other country,because it use US dollar as currency,which means that we paid 5 times more and have to wait 7-10 days,completely waste money and time, talk with customer service,and they reply"the shop called fun taiwan,and means it from taiwan".wow,unbelievable

Always sell the food products expire within 3-6months or even expire . Make complain but the customer service is terrible , not even willing to refund or exchanged . Terrible customer service !!!!! Need improved . Please be honest to your customer , food products expires can cause poison

Two of the items are out of date.

I bought the local made duck head and duck tongue and duck feet are all gone bad. And I talked to you guys , nobody really cares
