Guide, greeter, and drivers we’re knowledgeable and friendly. The royal Olympian hotel in Athens was overcrowded with tours with a half hour wait for breakfast. The service was not good. The hotel in Santorini the Mystique was perfect and the staff was excellent

Thank you for taking the time to write. We really appreciate all of your feedback. The poor service you experienced at the Royal Olympic is inexcusable and certainly not up to our standards.

Ya'lla tour of Egypt was simply fabulous. We were taken care of down to the smallest detail every step of the way. The hotels were outstanding, as were the guides. The Nile cruise was very good. The boat was very nice, the only downside was the food was marginal on the Acamar. But the real stand out was the people that Ya'lla had with us every step of the way. They were truly a cut above.
