XY Find ItReviews of xyfindit.com

I was excited about the potential for this product. The range is not very far and it only tells you when they are not in range, not where they are once out of range. I had to input the information once paired with the devices to my phone multiple times as the information was not saved for some reason. The product did work. I used them for keeping track of my kids' backpacks. I wish there was a way to attach this to my phone and use it easily.

Piece of crap. Never worked. Arrived on time, Customer service took a year to reply.

One could not ask for more attentive customer service. They work long and hard to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

Great support after I had problems with my XY device. I would highly recommend this company and its products.

1 - Customer service is what it should be. Painless. 2 - The troubleshooter on the website was actually helpful. 3 - The product actually works. I hope they can continue to make the device smaller.

XY Find It is awesome! I love my unit but, I was having an issue getting the unit to work after having it for a little while so, I contacted them and right away they sent me 3 new batteries and told me to try replacing the battery and told me if they did not work to let them know. I tried them and it still did not work so, Belza gave me a few things to try and voila...it is working great again! I am very grateful too because, a couple days after I was able to get it to work again, my boyfriend mistakenly put my keys in his van and I was able to locate them right away! Thank you XY Find It for an EXCELLENT product and EXCELLENT customer service!!

The concept is very good and when I traveled from Montgomery Alabama to San Diego and flipped on the XYZ GPS you could actually see the indicator travel from Montgomery to San Diego. The only problem is it shows the general locality and does not indicate exactly where it is at. Such as I have my attached to a cane and when I miss placed it in the house it indicates that it's there but not where. It would be nice if it could make a sound such as a pinging. Nevertheless, it's great for locating your luggage or finding out where it went without you.

I saw this product on Facebook right before Christmas and thought 'Awesome! My keys find my phone and my IPhone finds my keys!!!' Or more like, my roommate's do, because she's always losing one or the other. So I bought like a 5 or 7 pack thinking that I have an extremely needy family and this could be really useful. Plus they were giving free batteries for life, so score!!! Well, I took my daughter to this office for an appointment and we used the Ladies room, and then I went and sat in the waiting room. After a while I got called in to get some information and then we were going to leave except I couldn't find my keys. I'd set up my XY find it at Christmas so I brought the app up and I could see the keys. I tried to get the thing to beep but I couldn't hear it. I kept trying to ring it, because it looked like I was right on top of it but I couldn't see it. It was a little frustrating but in the end the lack of beep didn't keep me from finding my keys, but the beep would have helped us find them faster. Whoever had picked them up put them on a counter in front of a printer that was just out of site through an open doorway! I tracked the keys all the way around the room and up and down the hall before going into the little room because the only place I hadn't been was the little room!!! 🤗 But I could see them on the app so I finally stepped through the doorway and they were right there! 🎊🎉👍🏻👏🏻😂🤣😂 Oh, and I contacted the company via email about the beep not working and within a week I had a brand new unit to replace the faulty one AND two new batteries for every unit I'd bought since it had actually been over a year since I had purchased the little doohickeys!!! Now that is life time customer service!!! Way to go XY Findit! I need to come up with more things to track! Maybe my cat... 😺
