Product does not work. Zero customer support. If your thinking about buying one save yourself some time and just throw your money straight into the garbage.

Works good. Only down fall is the battery life. It would be nice if it lasted longer or alerted you when to change out the battery.

I followed directions to link my three that I bought. However one of them just wouldn't link...The two I did get linked work great!

Love the concept and it seems to work (though I haven't had to use it yet) but wish it were smaller.

I feel more confident if I ever misplace it I will be an easy find.

The only reason I'm giving four stars is because of the original glitch in the first place, but it may be my user error anyway so five might be correct. The main thing is that in this world of getting a product with zero customer support, XY makes you feel like you're their only customer and they want to make you happy (hopefully, they have many more customers though.) Anyway, the chat experience with Belza was ridiculously pleasant and I am totally sold on this product. I prefer them to Tiles because Tiles must be replaced every year instead of changing a battery. XY seems like a much smarter product. I'm a total a fan now, mainly because of such immediate and superb customer service.

Never works when you need it. App turns off when you turn off bluetooth, restart phone, and sometimes mysteriously. It's hard to remember to reset it. It's a failure until it's can stay on all the time. Wasted $75 on these chunks of plastic. Note to company: your customer service has tried to help. But each time there was no resolution. Only relief now would be a refund. Only trouble most were gifts before I realized they are duds, so i can't return them.

I really like my XY and (sadly) rely on it often. It was difficult to set up and sync with my phone. Once I reached out to customer service it was a breeze to set up. I will definitely recommend this product to people in the future.
