Eventhough I ended up returning the suit, I still give them 5 stars. The suit quality was great, it was just a little too small on me, which is my fault. When ordering I used the sizing chart and instead of listening to it,I went one size smaller. I needed the suit for a wedding and only had 3 days left to get another suit, and unfortunately SuitX wasnt able to deliver another one, overnight or in 2 days at most. But they were great in responding and being sincere. Will definitely order again for my next big event.

Suit is comfortable and fits like a custom suit. I have ordered other “wrinkle free” suits from other companies, and they came in looking horrible. The wrinkles were insane. I sent them back. The X-suit came in as advertised. I wore it the next day and got several compliments. I want them to come out with some patterned fabrics, now! For $500, you really can’t beat it.

X-Suit keep me informed throughout the process with regular shipping updates. When the item was slightly smaller than expected, X-Suit exchange process was easy and one size larger sent without issues

Quality of the products is exceptional and has become part of my daily staple. Very comfortable and decent pricing. Unfortunately they are not shipping to Australia but customer service has promised to update me on when this will resume.

I had some sizing issues, and Justine from the support team was incredibly patient and helpful. Would order again with zero concerns.

Nice material with great stretch and breathable. Unfortunately after wearing it and having the suit loosen up a bit, I had some fit issues in the shoulder area. I was told by company returns and exchanges were not possible after cutting off tags, even if not washed. I now have a suit for $500 that doesn't fit quite right. Unfortunate. I'll purchase from other companies with better return and exchange policies in the future.
