XootrReviews of xootr.com

Skate companies typically include a sticker. Would have been over the top to have a sticker/decal in the box with my order. That being said, everything went great and am happy with product.

Best scooter on the market, it’s very well made and very fast.

I bought two for my two children. My teenage daughter uses hers less. My 11year-son uses his daily to ride to school. Eventually, after years of daily use, the rubber part of the wheel did break. Since we had another Xootr that the oldest wasn’t using, and in a busy single parent, now with three kids I didn’t but get around to ordering the new part, he just used that. Now that the baby is three, I actually take her in it and we bomb the hills in the neighborhood. It’s so fun!!! So now my son’s really needed fixing. I ordered the part online and the shipment was lightning-quick. The price was affordable and they communicated with me via email. I’m pleased with both the product quality (kids need things to get them playing outside these days), and the repair. It’s been a good investment!

Outstanding product and customer service

Dramatically better experience than competitors at reasonable price. This glides appreciably more smoothly than my previous Razor scooter, and it feels faster as well. Once you get used to it, the folding and unfolding process is really fast. On the other hand, my main complaint is that sometimes it's a little tricky to get the quick-latch folding mechanism to start to collapse. The carrying strap is far more comfortable and convenient than carrying a scooter by one handlebar.

I have been riding xootr scooters for close to 10 years and don’t see any reason to stop! The scooters are bomber and can handle fast speeds without issue. I live in Seattle WA and we do have great hills for fast scootering down. Then for the up hills...i just flip the scooter over my shoulder, or I catch a bus, as my zootr quickly folds up. I love to exercise the dog and the xootr allows me to keep up with his quick pace!

i love you guys thank you very much. The best SCOOTERS EVER

Always take care of me and my Xootrs. Have done lots of work under warranty.
