Had to send it back once because hardware was loose/stripped. Also made quite a bit of noise when riding it on smooth flat surface. Got it back, all hardware was fixed. But it still makes noise when standing on the board.I think its the friction of the platform to frame. I don't really ride it anymore because of that. I am in an office building and need to keep the noise down

the scooter is sturdy and a good size. i wish i had opted for shock absorbers rather than hand brakes. it's unnerving to run over stones or big cracks in the sidewalk.

This scooter is very sturdy which is great. I've found that mine creaks a lot which is really annoying. I will say that the customer service is excellent. For this price point I was hoping for something that felt premium and sturdy. I got sturdy, but not the premium feel.

The Xootr rides beautifully, but I've had sooooo many problems maintaining it. Parts get loose very often (it's only 1 year old). The folding mechanism "QuickClick" button became super hard to operate after a couple of months - it's very hard to fold and unfold. Also the lever to adjust the height keeps needing to be adjusted all the time. For a $250 Xootr, I feel this is really bad value for money. I would not recommend it or buy it again, which is unfortunate becase when it works fine, it does ride great.

Good scooter. Mine creaks a lot when I ride it, and I don’t know if it’s normal but it’s annoying. Also, the handle bar tends to slowly slide down so I find I need to stop and raise it back up and straighten it out usually every time I ride it (at least once). Definitely on the pricier side.
