Hello scooter is brand new and I had one for 10 year before. Now on this on screws from handle holder vertical pipe jumped out during a ride and could not find them. They had to be replaced. Please let me know what we can do with it. Phone number to call is 2126477536-Delgis Canahuate

Screws came loose fell off handlebar within two weeks I purchased new screws and tightened them and they fell off in two days. Solid scooter but the terrible handler bar design makes it unrideable.

Hard on the knees. Expensive and the accessory bag that I purchase with it barely fits, it now has rips on the sewn sides.
