Skate companies typically include a sticker. Would have been over the top to have a sticker/decal in the box with my order. That being said, everything went great and am happy with product.

The scooters are pretty great. We have had a few issues with the adjustable handle height and the bolt coming loose - thereby letting the handle go down when riding. I think that we have figured it out though, so maybe it was just a learning curve. Shipping was on time - ordering was easy. No real complaints - the scooters seem solid and so far have been fun to use.

I did buy 2 refurbished kick scooters which had failures after 3 & 9 months. The company was very responsive and accepted to repair them for free (free shipping). Very pleased with this experience (except for the failures) ;-).

Good service. I had to replace brakes and parts came quickly. Not overly expensive. However, scooters have a flaw that is really irritating. The handlebars are constantly loose and have too much play. You have to take the wheel off to tighten the nuts. Big pain. This is a constant with both Xootrs I own.

A solid scooter with superb durability. Its lightweight and foldability are unmatched.

First off... love the look of the scooter. I have the Roma. Love the thinner deck and all metal construction. And overall the scooter performs well. The service from customer support is great. They really have your back. So why am I riding a razor A6? The issues I have with this scooter are as follows. The handlebars. They are too weak and tend to bend just enough to not guide back into the handle bar shaft. Razor is much better on this. The mechanism that secured the handlebars in the handle bar shaft is pretty but flawed. The screws keep coming loose through regular riding vibration. And if you over tighten you strip out the threads in the shaft. Xootr stepped up here and gave me a new shaft. Razors mechanism is simpler and hasn’t given me any issues. The knob they put on the handlebars to keep the bars aligned with the wheel broke and I had to find a screw which also needs to be tightened regularly. Never a problem with the Razor. The bearings on the Xootr are complicated to install and I’ve ruined a few installing them. Plus I can only get them from xootr. Razor takes regular skateboard bearings that don’t require a c clip to remove and replace. An I can get them from almost anywhere. I want to love this scooter. But I can abuse this A6 Razor and it just takes it. Sorry Xootr. I want to love this scooter. I just don’t need things to be more difficult than they need to be.

As far as kick scooters go, this is a fine one, well made, sturdy, quiet, great coasting range. One disadvantage is no good way to store or park it. I wish the company made a stand so that you could store it folded but upright. The reason I don't ride it much is because, with no cushioning, every bump in the road is a jolt straight to my spine.

I am happy enough to be the owner of 3 Xootr for the family. overall good built. I had only few improvements: - 2 weeks after i received an old model xootr introduced the new unlock mechanism. I wish i was being informed of my options at that time. - an old model is making noise on the back wheel when the weight is moving from one side to the other - no mechanism to absorb the bad city roads...
